Sculpture Judging
Some elementary and middle school artists were able to part of the selection process for the 2018 Hastings Sculpture Tour Voting Session! This year the voting will took place on March 7th at 10:00am in the upstairs of City Hall. We are all quite excited to see what the artist have created this year and what we can bring to our beautiful downtown!
Artists Advance to State!
Four artists from Hastings had their work from the Michigan Art Education Association (MAEA) show advance to the State level.
- Sea Turtle by: Maddie Peake 4th grade of Southeastern Elementary
- Scarecrow by Rene Espinal-Lopez 2nd Grade of Southeastern Elementary
- Pumpkins at Night by: Addy Arent 3rd Grade of Central Elementary
- One point perspective city by Marissa Baird 4th Grade of Central Elementary
