What is Stopfinder?
Stopfinder is the all-in-one parent engagement app designed by parents for parents to keep you in the know. The app allows the school district to share bus location and messages, updates and alerts in real-time, send forms and other information. It works with the district's transportation software to provide the most accurate information as quickly as possible.
Who can use Stopfinder?
Parents and/or guardians of students can receive the invitation to download the app and set up the accounts for their family. From there, the secure and protected app gives you the ability to provide access to trusted guardians or friends for as long or short of a time as you wish.
What are the benefits of Stopfinder?
With Stopfinder, parents will no longer have to wait: for the bus, to find the bus, for bus stop and schedule information, for a text from your child that he or she has arrived at school or home, or on the phone. Student safety is paramount and the app is all about putting the power in the hands of parents and guardians. Stopfinder allows you to:
- Know the schedule of your child's bus
- Receive push notifications related to your child's bus schedule and any changes, such as bus number or driver changes
- Get real-time information on the location of your child's bus
- Notice bus substitutions because they are clearly indicated - reducing misinformation and confusion
- Track multiple buses, a great feature if your children don't ride the same bus
- Know exactly when your children arrive at school or at home
- Enjoy two-way communication with the transportation office
